Lori Webb Allred
Lori started dancing when her mother enrolled her in ballet and tap classes at the age of four. Since that time she has taught, studied or participated in a variety of dance, fitness, and cheerleading classes. She has operated studios in Pocatello, Caldwell and Idaho Falls. While in Pocatello she worked at Sports World where she taught dance, aerobics and worked in the weight room. She later started Motions Unlimited, a Dance and Fitness Center in Pocatello. Lori led the ISU men's Basketball team and the Highland High School football teams aerobic programs. Even when she was six months pregnant, they had a difficult time keeping up in her class workouts.
In 1985 Lori sold her studio and moved to Idaho Falls. She soon started a new dance studio and eventually named it Dance Tech. She also worked as a fitness instructor at the Idaho Falls Health & Racquet Club and while there she earned her ACE certification. She has now been teaching dance, aerobics, step and other fitness classes for more than 27 years. Today, she continues her study of dance and attends a variety of conventions each year. Among them are Hoctor Dance Caravan, Tremaine, USA Dance, L.A. Dance Magic, UDA, Go For It and Urban Jamm, and more. Lori has been teaching dance now for 27 years, 22 of those years as Director of Dance Tech. Her teams have won numerous State, Regional and National Competitions. They have also qualified and/or have been invited to dance at a variety of venues including Disneyland, Royal Caribbean Cruise lines, Stadium of Fire, Delta Center, and the Holiday Bowl to name a few.
Besides running a dance business Lori enjoys being the mother of four awesome sons and daughters-in-law, a beautiful daughter (who is currently going to Dixie State college and teaching at Dance Tech during the summer); and four wonderful step-children, two boys and two girls from her marriage to Matt Allred begin_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting. She also has 10 delightful grand children. Lori tragically lost her late husband Lynn in April 2006. She is now working with Matt to keep Dance Tech a success. |

Amy Steele Brooks Amy has been teaching clogging for 15 years. She has won several individual, duet and team championships, including five time winner of the Hee-Haw International competition.
Amy was a member of the Steele Family Cloggers in Utah and traveled throughout the United States and Canada performing and competing with them.
Amy is enjoying teaching in Idaho Falls at Dance Tech. Her DT Cloggers have done very well at competitions in Utah and Idaho, scoring Superior, 1st place and High Score awards. |

Brittany Borg
Brittany has grown up in Idaho Falls. She is married with 3 kids. She loves dancing and enjoys sharing her love of dance through teaching. Brittany is DT's Office Manager where she is key to DT's success in registering students, keeping DT's accounts current and active. She is DT's financial whiz, who is also a superb instructor. She is DT's gal of all-trades.
Brittany has danced with with various studios in South Eastern Idaho. She was also a member of the dance team at Idaho Falls High School. While on the dance team Brittany was the Vice-President her junior year. During her senior year of high school she held the office of President.
Brittany has been with Dance Tech for five years now. Besides teaching, she takes the adult classes and attends various dance camps when she has the opportunity. |

Kelby Cooper
Kelby was born and raised in a small town in Northern California called McKinleyville. He just graduated from High School and moved to Idaho to attend Brigham Young University in Rexburg and is going to major in dance.
Kelby started dancing when he was three and started competing when he was 8 years old. Also in that first year of competition he won his first national title. Kelby has competed in Tap, Jazz, and Hip Hop
and won numerous awards in group and individual categories throughout the years. In 2007 Kelby won the title of "Mr. Dance America".
Kelby has been teaching tap, jazz, and hip hop for over six years. He loves all aspects of dance. Not only does Kelby love to dance, but also to teach. He has a very unique style and he will entertain you with his great personality. Kelby wants his students to be able to express
themselves through their dancing. Dance has always been a very important part of Kelby's life and he is so excited to be able to share
it through his teaching. This year Kelby will be teaching most of the Hip Hip classes, a Combo Tech, a Company class, Tap, Ballet, Turns & Leaps, and JBT class. He will also be the Hip Hop and Combo Tech manager. |

Brooke Floyd
Brooke Floyd is originally from Layton, Utah, where she danced for 16 years. She began her dance training with LaRae Thackery’s Dance Unlimited. She started at the age of 18 months; usually they did not accept kids that age but she would not get off the stage when her sister was dancing. They had no choice but to let her dance! Brooke has always loved to dance.
She started her training taking Ballet, Tap and Jazz. She continued to take all 3 for 12 years. When Brooke was 9 years old she auditioned for Ballet West The Nutcracker. She was cast in the Nutcracker for the next 5 years in various roles Buffoon, Party Girl (Clara’s understudy), Solider (Drummer), and Page. Brooke’s love for Ballet increased and she began studying Ballet very intently. When she was 12 years old she was accepted into the Ballet West Conservatory.
With the help of wonderful parents she traveled to Salt Lake 4 times a week for dance. She began taking Pointe classes and spending most of her free time in Ballet Class.
Due to foot injuries Brooke was unable to continue her Ballet training with Ballet West and for the first time at age 15, began dancing on a competing dance team. Brooke enjoyed competitive dance and won many awards with her team and as a soloist. In High School Brooke was involved in cheerleading and dance.
Dance has always been a part of Brooke’s life. She began student teaching with LaRae when she was 14. She loves to watch dancer’s grow and evolve in her class. This is Brooke’s second year with Dance Tech and she is so excited to be back working with her classes. She is so proud of their improvement and can’t wait to see more. |

Stephanie Cannon
Stephanie fell in love with gymnastics when she was 12 years old taking classes from a family friend. She then enrolled in classes at TEGA gym and IF gymnastics and realized just how important it is to have an excellent coach that will push you to learn.
Stephanie took dance lessons her elementary school years at Dance Tech and earned a spot on the competition team while dancing there. Stephanie then became a cheerleader for two years at Sandcreek Middle School in Ammon, ID, and all through high school at Hillcrest High School, also in Ammon. She loved every day of it.
Stephanie has lived in Idaho all of her life. She is a busy mother with three children and two step-children. Like her mom, Stephanie's six year old is thrilled to be taking tumbling and are already finding they can’t go a week without it.
Stephanie is happy to have the opportunity to be teach at Dance Tech, and is looking forward to keeping cheer leading and tumbling exciting and fun, for all those who want to love it too. |

Megan Gutke
Megan was born and raised in Idaho Falls. She started dancing when she nine years-old. She was on a national dance team, with whom she danced at a NFL halftime show for the Denver Broncos and the San Diego Chargers in San Diego. She also danced with the San Francisco 49er Cheerleaders at the East-West Shrine Bowl in San Francisco, with Lee Greenwood singing "God Bless the USA".
In High School, Megan was a cheerleader for her Freshman and Sophomore years, and for her Junior and Senior years she was on Knightline, the Drill Team at Hillcrest High School. She was an officer on Knightline, where she chose and organized the team's wardrobe, and performed in the Officers Routine. She also had the privilege of teaching Mini-Knightline, a group of five year-old girls, how to dance.
Megan has a great husband and three amazing children, Dru, Audie and a new baby. She is delighted to be teaching at Dance Tech, and loves to teach her students about the wonderful world of dance. |

Jessica Hopkins
Jessica has been dancing since she she could walk. Her mother, who also taught at Dance Tech, dragged her to performances and practices all during her childhood. She loved all of it, and kept on attending through the years.
When Jessica was old enough she auditioned and made it on the DT Elite Company at Dance Tech. She also danced on the Knightline dance team at Hillcrest High School. Jessica has performed and competed all over the country. Several of performances have been televised.
Jessica is now the mother of three beautiful children two sons and one daughter, and her passion for dance includes them as well. She is grateful to have a wonderful husband, Tyler that supports her busy dance schedule. She loves sharing dance with children. She has tremendous patience and lots of great ideas for keeping children interested and active. |

Kim Hawkes
Kim was born and raised in Idaho. She has enjoyed dancing since she was 4 years old. Her dance background includes 10 years of jazz, 6 years of ballet taking from various teachers and studios in Southeastern Idaho. She was a top member of the Idaho Falls High School Tigerettes Drill Team. She placed in the top 10 for her Jazz solo her senior year of high school in a regional dance competition. The dance team also competed in Jazz, Lyrical, Military and Show styles of dancing.
Kim loves using dance as a way to stay fit. She continues to study dance and attends professional workshops and is excited to teach her students the new things she has learned. She is a great teacher and has a way of brigning out the best in her students.
Kim is teaches DT Juniors, Hip Hop IV and also is DT's costume manager; she coordinates costume purchases, sizing, sewing / manufacturing. |

Nicole Klingler
Nicole Klingler (formerly Nicole Bowen) is Dance Tech's artistic director and lead over all DT's instructors; she also manages DT's dance clothes store. Nicole is a native of Boise, Idaho where she has danced for fourteen years. She began her training at the age of three under the instruction of Cindy McCuistion. She gained performance experience in fashion shows, pageants and commercials. Later, she moved on to dance with the Ballet Idaho Center for Performing Arts. There she received most of her ballet training and performed often in The Nutcracker and in the opera Madame Butterfly.
She joined Motions Elite performing company at age 12, where they took first place in various competitions such as the Idaho Dance Classic, EDFC, and Spotlight Dance Cup. They traveled as a company to the Edge studio in Hollywood, California for further dance instruction. She was a member of Boise City's pre-professional modern company, Balance, and a member of the Edge Dancers (her high school dance team).
Nicole moved to Rexburg to attend Brigham Young University - Idaho and danced on CDT (Contemporary Dance Theater). She toured Central America with CDT, dancing in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. She now lives in Idaho Falls with her husband Kade and their son Payton.
Nicole joined other local dancers on stage with Weird Al, and on the Upper Valley Civic Ballet Company.
Nicole, with Amanda McGavin has started a professional dance company, The Dance Collaborative (TDC).
Nicole has a great love for dance and is excited to begin her sixth year with Dance Tech. Her choreography for the Elite team the past four years has won them many top awards. This year she will be choreographing and instructing for DT Elite Company. With Nicole's many responsibilities, she also runs a photography business and shoots the ad photos for Dance Tech. |

Amanda McGavin
Amanda McGavin grew up dancing here in Idaho Falls. She danced competitively for her high school dance team, the Bonneville Honeybees,and later started dancing for the Dance Tech Elite competitive team.
After high school she went on to continue her dance training at the University of Idaho.During her time spent at UI, she worked with such choreographers as Henning Rubsum, Hillary Thomas of Lineage DanceCompany, and Alan Senar. She attended and performed at four American College Dance Festivals held all over the West.She was elected secretary of the Dance Majors and Minors Club her sophomore year, and was later elected as Vice President,and held that office for two years. As her senior project, she was to produce, direct, choreograph, and dance in an entire production.Later, after a great success of the show, she was awarded her Bachelor of Science in Dance degree in the spring of 2008. She is now working as an instructor at Dance Tech and working as an independent choreographer.

Cari Payne
Cari has enjoyed dancing since she was very young. Her dance background includes 10 years of Ballet, 2 years on Pointe, 10 years of Tap, 9 years of Jazz and 4 years of Hip-Hop. She participated on the Dance Team at Glencoe High in Portland, Oregon for four years. Her team won the State Championship competition in 1995 and 1996. Some of the categories they competed well in were Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Lyrical. They also had the privilege of performing at Portland Trail Blazer half times.
Cari also loves to exercise and stay fit. She continues to study dance and attends professional workshops when she can fit it in. She is excited to share what she has learned with her classes this year; her 4th year teaching at Dance Tech.
Cari also adores her three beautiful daughters Kaylie, Ashlyn, and Brooklyn, and they are starting to show that they share their mothers love for dance. |

Tina Rhodehouse
Tina has been active in dance for as long as her mother can remember. Her mom says, "before she could walk, Tina was moving and swaying to the beat". This must have taken hold for later developments because years later it has surfaced in the way she moves. Her walk, movement, and gestures all simulate a rhythmic motion. Not one to boast, you would never know of Tina's numerous accomplishments on the dance floor. Yet as witnesses, we have all seen her walk the walk. With a contagious smile and laugh, she clearly brings a great atmosphere to the studio. Tina's dance teams have had tremendous success throughout the years and she vows to push the competing teams "even harder" this year. Don't let her bubbly personality fool you, she can be a "dance Nazi" when getting down to the nitty and gritty.
With many talents, one worth mentioning above all is her ability to choreograph amazing dances. You will always be entertained when watching a Tina dance. |

Deidra Cottrell
Deidra has been dancing almost her whole life and has livened up the stage and the classroom at Dance Tech for years. It's safe to say that dancing, which came natural to her, became her passion.
Deidra was on the Bonneville Honeybees dance team in High School and she also danced at Dance Tech where she was on DT Elite.
She is very talented and experienced, and she loves teaching the younger age groups in the JBT classes, and excels at teaching Hip Hop. She travels and attends dance camps to continue her education. She is always looking to grow and evolve as a dancer. |

Vicki Webb
Vicki is 20 years old and a graduate of Idaho Falls High School. She is the daughter of Lori and the late Lynn Webb, and is the only girl in her family with four older brothers.
Vicki plays the piano, sings, runs, and was a cheerleader at Taylorview JH, but the thing she loves most is dance. She has been dancing at Dance Tech since the age of 2 where she has taken ballet, jazz, tap, modern, hip-hop and gymnastics. She has performed and competed at many venues such as Kids Artistic Revue, Hoctor's Dance Caravan, Utah Dance Fest, L.A. Dance Magic, Stadium of Fire, Disneyland and Royal Caribbean to name a few. Vicki has placed first and has received overall high score rankings with her solo routines. She auditioned and was chosen to travel with the Caravan Kids. Vicki also performed in the musical "Footloose" at Mystique Theatre in Pocatello. Now that she is an instructor at Dance Tech and loves working with kids.
Vicki dances for Dixie State College's, St. George, Utah, modern dance company where she fits practice into her busy schedule. She is studying dance as well as business; this is her second year at Dixie where she received a dance scholarship. She is also instructing at a local St. George studio. During the summer studio season, Vicki will continue instructing at Dance Tech.

Karisssa was born and raised in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. She is currently attending University of Idaho where she is majoring in dance. She was a member of Dance Tech's Elite dance team and was part of the team when it won several competitions and judges choice awards. Karissa has been dancing since she was three years old and says she will never stop. She is passionate about dancing and plans to return to teach full-time at Dance Tech after graduation. She is an advanced dancer in lyrical, jazz, ballet, contemporary and modern. She loves sharing these skills with her students. |
